Villard Bastien, Esq

Of counsel

Villard is the “iron fist in velvet gloves”. With over 20 years of experience and licensed in GA, New York and New Jersey. This advocate for justice handles our criminal defense cases and business law matters like a surgeon dissecting unmerited arguments from opposing counsel. 

Growing up in Brooklyn, New York and overseas, Villard speaks French travels regularly advocating for clients. 

He’s served as the active in his community and serves on the school board for a private Christian based school in north Atlanta. He’s served as President of his local Rotary Club. He completed is Law school training at the University of the Pacific in California and his undergraduate from State University of New York at Stony Brook

David Cheng, Esq

Of counsel

David handles our criminal cases in the western metro Atlanta area. Fighting Zealously for our clients. David graduated cum laude from Mercer University School of Law in 2012. After law school, he obtained his ALM from Harvard University in 2020. He has published works on race relations in America, racial disparities in capital sentencing, and protecting children against parents’ extreme religious indoctrination practices. In 2019, David was recognized as an All-Star by the State Bar of Georgia due to his commitment to service in the community.

David was born and raised in Chicago, IL, but he is now enjoying his time here in Atlanta, GA. He is a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.

Coleman Brice Esq

Of counsel

Coleman is the example of “still waters run deep”. His calm demeanor hides the fire to speak “common sense” to prosecutors. Coleman handles criminal defense cases for us in the Valdosta and surrounding counties within the Middle/South Georgia areas. Coleman is licensed to practice in the Middle District, the Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and Florida. 

While in law school, Coleman did a study abroad program at Oxford University and has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and the American Cancer Society. He is also a member of the Azalea City Civic Club. 

He completed his law degree from Florida State University in 2015 and his undergraduate in criminal justice from Georgia Southern University. 

Cherise Challenger Esq

Of counsel

In boxing, what do you get when you mix a fighter’s heart with a coaches mind?...we would say a FORCE of power. Cherise fights for our clients within the Atlanta Area with precision. Cherise was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois where she attended Chicago State University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. She graduated from the University of Arkansas, School of Law in 2008 where she excelled in the Criminal Defense and Criminal Prosecution clinic as well as the Negotiations and Trial Advocacy Competitions. During her law school summers, Cherise clerked with a United States District Judge.

In 2017, Cherise and her family settled in Atlanta, Georgia after her husband retired from the military.

Cherise holds multiple law licenses in the State of Georgia, Texas, Washington DC, US Supreme Court and is a member of various local bar organizations.  She is also an active member in her community. She is active in her local church and is an Attorney Coach for Mock Trial Competitions at a local high school.
